Hi, I’m Manuel Ochoa—Founder of Believe Holy Spirit, a nonprofit organization rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that true change begins one blessing at a time.

Marco Ulloa was born and raised in the East Bay. He learned about community outreach at an early age from his mother Mona, who was an active member in their church throughout his youth & adolescence.

Paula joined Believe Holy Spirit in 2024, bringing with her a rich blend of cultural heritage, compassion, and creativity.

Sharon Eva is a dedicated board member of Believe Holy Spirit, with a passion for community service, community outreach, and uplifting families in need. With over a decade of experience as a Community Services Manager in local government, she brings leadership, compassion, and practical expertise to the organization.

Kimberly Ayuyu has been a dedicated supporter of Believe Holy Spirit for several years, generously lending her time and heart to community initiatives such as prom dress drives, back-to-school backpack distributions, and the beloved annual holiday toy drive.
