We are dedicated to redirecting, empowering, and educating youth to give them the best chance of long-term success. By offering hope, guidance, and opportunities, we help young people build a positive future where they can thrive as productive members of society. Our mission is to reduce the risks of crime, homelessness, and self-harm while expanding our services to include mentorship, education, and empowerment programs that inspire lasting change

Connect
Through events and community initiatives, we create safe spaces where youth feel supported and inspired. Strong connections with mentors and peers build resilience and a lasting sense of purpose.

Hi, I’m Manuel Ochoa—Founder of Believe Holy Spirit, a nonprofit organization rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that true change begins one blessing at a time.

Sharon Eva is a dedicated board member of Believe Holy Spirit, with a passion for community, service, community outreach, and uplifting families in need. With over a decade of experience as a Community Services Manager in local government, she brings leadership, compassion, and practical expertise to the organization.
