Marco Ulloa

Marco Ulloa was born and raised in the East Bay. He learned about community outreach at an early age from his mother Mona, who was an active member in their church throughout his youth & adolescence. It was there that he developed his love for philanthropy, and in the years to follow, was involved in many local improvement projects, fundraisers & charity events.
For the better part of the last decade, Believe Holy Spirit has allowed his community work journey to flourish. From Believe’s early days of feeding and clothing the unhoused, to more recently providing support and resources for Hayward’s underrepresented youth. Marco has gained both the momentum to implement positive change within his community, and the voice to help the voiceless be heard.
